Description:
An advanced heavy duty, SAE 15W-40 multi grade diesel engine oil, designed to counter the toughest conditions found in diesel engines where high temperatures and pressures prevail. It has excellent resistance to bore polishing, a high level of wear protection and provides superior engine cleanliness at extended drain intervals. Engen Dieselube 500 Super has been specially formulated to minimize the effects of high sulphur fuels and to ensure that the alkalinity reserve is maintained during extended service. The harmful effects of high sulphur levels in diesel fuel contribute to the increased formation of varnish, lacquer and carbon in the critical ring grooves resulting in higher wear rates, which could necessitate premature engine overhaul and higher maintenance costs.

This Diesel Engine population consists of advanced as well as older American, European, and Japanese equipment burning high or low sulphur diesel (depending on the area of operation). Engen Dieselube 600 Super meets and exceeds the highest practical performance level requirements of these engines under these conditions. It provides excellent control over high temperature piston deposits, corrosion, foaming, oxidation stability, and soot accumulation. Engen Multigrade 20W-50 is a robust heavy duty engine crankcase oil suitable for use in older, high milage mixed fleets of cars, mini bus taxis, light commercial vehicles and contractor equipment where oil consumption is of concern. It provides benefits during starting and warm-up as well as the advantages of a multigrade oil. Being a SAE 20W-50 viscosity oil it gives good high temperature performance by providing a thicker oil film on bearing surfaces as well as better sealing of piston rings. It exceeds API Service Classification SG/CD.

Engen Xtreme 20W-50 is a high performance, mineral based, engine crankcase oil designed for use in “high mileage” petrol and diesel engines of cars, mini-buses, bakkies and 4-stroke motorcycles fitted with wet clutches, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged. It is formally approved against API Service Classifications SL/CF-4 along with JASO MA and JASO MB specifications. Engen Xtreme 20W-50 is uniquely formulated to protect against sludge and oxidation, reduce engine wear and keep pistons clean. It is formulated using low volatility base oils and blended to a SAE 20W-50 viscosity grade to reduce oil consumption in higher mileage engines. Its highly shear stable viscosity index improver ensures “stay-in-grade” performance between oil changes.
